Draw a half circle or a circle and cut it in half.
Select the line and choose Revolve.
Now you have a perfect cherry.
Duplicate the cherry, move it to the back and reduce the size.
Using the Pen tool draw a leaf.
Choose Extrude and Bevel.
Rotate the position of the leaf but change the Extrude Depth to 10 pt.
Change the settings for lighting as given below.
Draw a line for the stem and Extrude and Bevel it at 5 pt Extrude Depth. Group the stem with the leaf after you have duplicated the leaf once. Use the Pen tool and with a fill colour on each leaf for the final decoration.
